1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) constitute a public offer by Trip.London (hereinafter referred to as “Trip.London”) to provide services to clients under the conditions outlined herein. By continuing to engage with Trip.London, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

2.1. Trip.London agrees to provide clients with the following services:

  • Provision of information in accordance with client requests.
  • Conducting searches for companies and individuals to fulfil client service requirements.
  • Assisting in negotiations between the client and service providers.
  • Providing consultancy services.
  • Facilitating the transfer of funds from the client to service providers.

2.2. Trip.London specialises in search services across various domains, including but not limited to:

  • Private tours or excursions.
  • Transfers and rental cars with drivers.
  • Hotel services.
  • Travel services.
  • Concierge and ticketing services.

2.3. Unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise, the engagement is limited to the services listed above.

3. Responsibilities of Trip.London

Trip.London undertakes to deliver all services within the agreed timeframe and to maintain a professional standard throughout the engagement. Clients are required to provide reasonable access to relevant individuals and documents and ensure the completeness and accuracy of information provided to Trip.London.

4. Period of Engagement

This engagement shall commence upon the client’s acceptance of these Terms and shall continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions herein.

5. Fees and Expenses

5.1. Trip.London will provide you with your quote in each case.

5.2. Trip.London reserves the right to adjust rates in the event of increased complexity or additional services requested by the client. The client shall promptly reimburse Trip.London for all reasonable expenses incurred in the provision of services.

6. Disbursements

The client may be required to cover additional expenses, such as booking fees, translation fees, ticket fees, etc., incurred on their behalf. These expenses, referred to as disbursements, will be communicated to the client along with the amount payable and will require the client’s authorization.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Trip.London adheres to strict confidentiality requirements regarding information acquired during the engagement and will not disclose such information to third parties except as mandated by law or with the client’s express consent. 8. Limitation of Liability

The client is responsible for arranging insurance coverage for any potential losses. Parties mutually agree to exclude certain types of loss, as detailed in these Terms, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time without liability beyond accrued fees and expenses. Termination must be communicated in writing to the other party.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Terms of Trade

An itemised account of all charges, costs, and disbursements will be provided on the invoice. Invoices are payable within 7 days of receipt, with overdue accounts incurring an interest charge of 8% per year. The client agrees to indemnify Trip.London for any costs incurred in collection efforts, including legal fees and collection agency fees.

12. Acceptance

By continuing to engage with Trip.London, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
